Leased my vehicle here. Was told and promised my maintenance was included for the duration of my lease. Come to find at my 1st oil change “they forgot to add it” well I guess it’s now on me due to your mistake which is wrong on your part. My son who is a service manager tried to call and talk to a sales manager and was hung up multiple times. It would be a Lot better if it didn't take so long for service
Went for a regular oil change had a coupon for 89. 95 come to find out it’s more my total was $115 why have a coupon if that’s going to be my total then he tells me that the car has signs of oil leak but that I need to make appointment to get it checked out but I always check for leaks my drive way is white and I don’t have any signs of oil leaking which leads me to believe that it was a lying just trying to get more money out of me
They was very good Henry was very good in helping me with the sale of my car he was very good
Spoke with Luis last week and was very clear in what I was looking for along with price. I also was very clear that if it wasn’t possible to not waste my time (or their time). He stated, come on in. When I got there the dealership seemed unaware of what I was looking for and had shared with him. When they shared their offers they couldn’t come to the price he stated they could do. Horrible experience! The advisor I had Tyler, never mentioned there will be a charge when I have warranty on my vehicle. I was charged for a diagnostic test because the advisor stated “we assumed the vehicle would be covered under warranty until we actually see the issue. I was blamed for something that is not my fault! He didn’t even apologize nor try to accommodate me. Wasted 4 hours of my time.
Customer service is gone. Daytona Kia😡 This shop gave up the courtesy plug in to see what is wrong. Maybe I am not the typical older customer. I had plenty of work needing done on my care, which I wanted to schedule that day. My concern at the moment was a service engine light. Wanted my car safe on the road till my scheduled appointment. I will not be back for another service my wife was charged for things she didn’t approve very unprofessional.was contacted last week about the issue and no one has responded back will not be doing any more business with Daytona kia
