Slider door was jammed and wouldn’t open. After a week without the car and over $1,800 repair the door now opens but will not close completely. My rep says I need to take it to a body shop. Why did the service center take on a repair they couldn’t handle? Why didn’t they send it to a body shop? Why didn’t they complete the repair! I’m completely unsatisfied with this Experiance.
Too eager to make the sale. Got the car and that evening the engine light was on, the next day the windshield wiper came off. Spoke with one person regarding costs and payments which I was ok with, went to sign and everything that was told to me was different but not once discussed. Promised free oil changes for 2 years and then not added to contract. Had to sign 2 contracts on 2 different days and the monthly payment increased. They didn't switch the finance company on my gap policy so I don't even think my gap policy will cover the car if it is totaled. They entire process they lied to me. Horrible experience. Never again.
Ya'll suck try to sell my daughter acabin filter and 2 tires for $700. Pretty sad
The service department is not honest with customers. There is to make as much money as possible. I spent almost $1000 dollars in two visits within one weekend.
Received a misleading "scratcher" in the mail promising a $10,000 prize. Called to confirm and was told I'd absolutely won and that they'd verified my prize. Drove an hour to the dealership only to receive a $1 lottery ticket after a lot of talking. Complete bait-and-switch tactic. They wasted my time, gas money, and even tried to pressure me into buying a car after all of that. Extremely dishonest practice, especially targeting college students. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
No structure, long wait guy was professional but getting this car has been a headache.
Was quoted $64 for an oil change, then upsold me for multiple jobs with a quote of 224. However, when they finally run me up it was $264 after all additional fees. I've lost my home and I'm struggling to survive and my local Kia dealership took this opportunity to rake me over the coals. I didn't appreciate it then and I don't appreciate it now. I'll never return.
Overcharged. Replaced parts I said “NO” to 3x. Parts brand new before I pulled into dealership.
