Very very long wait. The services ended up no charge because of the long wait.
Came in with a loose oil filter. Did an inspection and recall work, but released the vehicle without oil.
Took 4 months to get my vehicle back, and it is still not fixed. No communication, and my car still has body repairs needed.
1. Dropped truck off for recall with an appointment. 2. Called next day after not hearing anything and said it was ready. 3. Picked it up and according to invoice it was ready the previous day but nobody informed me. 4. Recall was not performed but another issue was checked that I never advised them of b/c it was not an issue. 5. When I called the next day to ask why was told Service Advisor made a mistake but it was really my fault. And then actually hung up on me? Needed rear bearings replaced (covered under warranty). Dealership told me itd take 3 weeks. It took 9 weeks to repair. Extremely poor communication from the service advisor; not following up as promised, informed me that repairs started and would be ready next week next week comes and my vehicle is ready tells me theres a vehicle stuck on the rack and my repairs havent started. I love my F-150 but cant find good service at any dealership.
Took 2 weeks longer than needed. Poor communication.
Horrible customer service
It's not a pleasant experience to have business with these people. I'll probably use the mall of Georgia dealership instead of this shady people. They also charge 3.5% credit card transactions fee. The service lady Kelley Mullinax clearly made a mistake that caused multiple problems to us, but she never admitted her fault. She seems like her customers are stupid, but we are not. I was there almost FOUR hours for oil change and tires rotated!!! Service is very questionable that they even rotated my tires!! I had to drive back to dealer after driving away and noticed my air pressure in tires was same as when I arrived in all tires!! I took it to another dealer two days later and during the tire rotation at new dealer they noticed my tires had tears in the inside of them!! If Billy Howell had actually rotated them they would have noticed this!! I will never go back there!!
