Asked to have a tire replaced. Took a week. Asked to have a tire replaced. Got a text saying all four tires should be replaced for $1090. No write up, call, or explanation. Asked for a tire to be replaced. Told I needed all four replaced. Left dealership with one 8# below required pressure and another not sensing the pressure. Service was a joke. Left Angela Krauss because of distance to new home and proximity to Nalley Ford. Likely will go back to AK.
$765 paid for replacing a sensor wire. $88 part. thats over $600 for labor!!!
Battery was checked and stated it was good but the reports shows something different and the auto start stop is now not working. Tires were over inflated.
Came 2 hours early without notification. Technician said he completely multi point inspection Low tire pressure never addressed
It was nice of Ford service to hold my vehicle since it wasn't in the best shape after getting a report of a 2018 transmission and engine failure, which I don't understand how and I maintained my vehicle very well but kept asking Ford to look at the transmission and engine for a year which Susan the service advisor doesn't fully listen to me and kept saying nothing is wrong otherwise they would have told me. - $220+ for tire rotation, oil and filter change is ridiculous - i had to leave the vehicle at the dealership and work for home for the day, could have done the exact same servicing at a Valvoline in about 40 minutes and $100 cheaper
Was told key was in stock, and programming would take about an hour. 1+1/2 hours later, told key was offsite and would be there in :40 minutes. Total time invested. = 3:00+. Telephone coordination of service stated appx. $200.00 for the key, and $212.00 to program . Total bill over $550.
Bad customer service overall. Inconsistent in the quote, delayed delivery and Impossible to get hold of anyone over the phone. Though I was charged less than what was told but it's not worth the trouble dealing with them and wasting time
