Was told key was in stock, and programming would take about an hour. 1+1/2 hours later, told key was offsite and would be there in :40 minutes. Total time invested. = 3:00+. Telephone coordination of service stated appx. $200.00 for the key, and $212.00 to program . Total bill over $550.
Bad customer service overall. Inconsistent in the quote, delayed delivery and Impossible to get hold of anyone over the phone. Though I was charged less than what was told but it's not worth the trouble dealing with them and wasting time
Very difficult to speak with anyone in the service department. Had to constantly call for updates as car took twice as long as advised. Car was returned covered in dust and over 4 hours late.
Wait time was over 6 hours, I think I'd still be waiting if I hadn't inquired about the car. Took it in to have the transmission inspected (as I would occasionally hear a noise coming from underneath the car), oil change, fix a recall. Was told to replace the axels, and re-test to see if that was the problem. I had bought extended insurance, but since I had only changed the oil when the car said to, and not every 5,000 which the dealership wanted, the warranty refused coverage. 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled for earliest appointment so I could wait for it and be out early. I got there at 8 am. They finished a little past noon. Same thing happened last time.
We took our car for an estimate. We were told 48 hours for a call back. On day Three not having heard from them hwe called. We were told the estimate and asked that she email it to us. She then said I can do that in the morning. It was 3pm. We had to call the next day to receive the email estimate. Once seeing the bid we thought it seemed high. waited home all day took off from work and no show no call i called 5x before they called me back to say sorry no one was coming today
Technician wanted to cancel appt at last minute and then was 30 minutes late
I tried to negotiate the price ,that didn't work..I haven't heard from her since..
