$765 paid for replacing a sensor wire. $88 part. thats over $600 for labor!!!
Battery was checked and stated it was good but the reports shows something different and the auto start stop is now not working. Tires were over inflated.
Came 2 hours early without notification. Technician said he completely multi point inspection Low tire pressure never addressed
It was nice of Ford service to hold my vehicle since it wasn't in the best shape after getting a report of a 2018 transmission and engine failure, which I don't understand how and I maintained my vehicle very well but kept asking Ford to look at the transmission and engine for a year which Susan the service advisor doesn't fully listen to me and kept saying nothing is wrong otherwise they would have told me. - $220+ for tire rotation, oil and filter change is ridiculous - i had to leave the vehicle at the dealership and work for home for the day, could have done the exact same servicing at a Valvoline in about 40 minutes and $100 cheaper
