Failed to fix an acknowledged issue with cams because they're not actually dysfunctional yet only making a lot of noise as they're on their way to dysfunction. The reason given "we don't fix noises", despite the noise telling you cams are struggling to function. Very noisy and car periodically stalls out after rough idle. I believe it's an attempt by Ford to stall repair until warranty runs out in the next 15,000 miles.
Communication was horrible. My car was in shop 2 days & they hadnt finished diagnosing issue. Will never go back
Made an appointment which didnt mean anything as far as I could tell. Kept car for two days before replacing the part.
Arrived at 10 for basic oil change and was not done until 3:30. At 1, I inquired about the status of my car and they said it would be at least another hour. When I booked, they told me it would only take 1-1.5 hours so I didn't plan on being there that long. Finally at 1:30 they gave me a loaner. They were supposed to call me when the car was ready but they didn't. Complete disaster from start to finish. Waiting room not very comfortable. Would not go here again.
The works oil change service was the worst in my life. They wanted to charge me $180 over the correct amount. The worst.
Took forever for them to order part and make appointment

Service was great. Friendly personnel. However, I can't give great marks for their time management skills. I had an 11:00 A.M. appointment and was informed that it would take, approximately, two hours for the service. Meanwhile, I had some important business to attend to, so asked for a shuttle to take me back to my home and informed the agent that I would need a return shuttle. Very poor service! Didnt communicate and delayed working on my car after it was there 5 hours. Brought in to fix Factory Recall on Blue Screen, car still not fixed.
