Although they're friendly, I've have my Ford 150 in there for the same issue 4 times now. The navigation and blue tooth was supposedly updated twice, but both times did not remedy the problem. The last time I took it in (3 weeks ago), Susan helped me and said the whole hardware piece needed replacing and she would order it, and 10 days I called to get the status of it, and she said she would have to order it again because something about they didn't get it the first time. Very slow. Took over 2 hours for an oil change, and that was without a car wash. The people are not service oriented at all.
Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, 55 minutes later my car was still sitting out in the parking lot with no work done. Got my keys and left, I'll take it somewhere else from now on.

Not good 3 different sales people called me
not friendly, car came with some foam pieces, the plastic seat cover used to work on the car was not removed, doors rubber were not properly put it back. neither a car wash was made.
I no longer have this vehicle.
Had to come back twice due to inadequate service
I went in for a battery replacement. They started working on it right away, but after an hour or so, informed me they needed a part for the battery locking lug and needed to replace the battery cables, and that they had to order the part. to . I left the car, waiting for the part. I am surprised that a simple part like a battery cable and locking nut, wasn't on hand and caused me to not have a car fro two days.
