The service was actually a repair: replacement of the water pump, which on this vehicle is inside the engine, rather than on the outside, which means taking the front of the engine apart to replace the pump, very time consuming and expensive. The work was completed in the time they said and the work was excellent. They charged more for the parts than they cost on the FORD replacement parts web site, which was annoying (Other dealers quoted part cost the same as on the web site).
