Mike did an excellent job explaining each option I had when purchasing my new car. He was extremely friendly and cared for the costumers and you could tell he wanted to make the costumer happy. He is a great salesman and I will definitely be a returning costumer to mike! He was a great help and made the whole process simple!

My old Ford died on me and I was stuck without a car. I went to Preston VW to look at the 2013 Jettas. Mike was helpful and not pushy, there was no pressure. He found the model and trim I was looking for and I took it for a test drive. They didn't have the color I wanted but he was able to find it at another dealership and got it to me very quickly (only took 1 day). They keep you up to date with the service and how long everything will take frequently! They have the most convenient drive thru/ service drop off bay, and they are very flexible with scheduling appointments and is always convenient and no hassle for me to get my car serviced! Plus they know you by name and always greet you with a smile! Top Notch dealership with Great prices! I won't go anywhere else!
I was very pleased with the customer service this dealership gave to me. My salesman Doug was extremely knowledgeable yet was never once pushy in his approach. He answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time making sure we were informed and comfortable with our decision. It is evident that he cares about his customers and not just 'getting the sale'. We would definitely recommend Doug and this dealership as a whole.
Chad was very helpfull in getting my new Jetta. He located a car with all the features I wanted and had it at the dealership for pick up in 3 days. Pick up and financing was easy and quick. I would definitely buy from Preston VW again.
Very good experience - knowledable salesman and a fair deal on a trade-in. They prepped and delivered the car within a couple of hours. Mark did a nice job explaining all of the car's features and controls.
To be sure, my experience ended in being a successful one. So from my very first visit to Preston to driving off the lot in a new car much had to go well.
