I just wanted to say that both my husband and myself are very pleased with the whole process of buying our new car. Mike was very nice and down to earth not overbearing and fake like most salesmen are. He was professional and helpful and showing me how to operate the features in the car. I learned this dealership through Truecar.com. After I filled out the online form on Turecar.com, they contacted me immediately and offered me a competitive price compared with other dealers. I kept contacting them via email. They worked as a team, a strong team as I would say. I could not have been treated better. Both Bobby, Chad and Christina were wonderful. I got more for my trade in than I expected and ended up with a beautiful, trouble-free car. I went into the dealership to get advice on when the best time would be to trade in my 2004 car and within just a short time, I was approved for a loan, at a price that I could afford, and drove home in a new car. I have recently bought a new Tiguan and traded in my 2009 Subaru Forester at Preston Volkswagen. They offered great work and gave a fair price. They are very professional and I love their succinct and clear way of doing bussiness.
