This was the easiest purchase (lease) of a vehicle...EVER! The Preston family of sales and staff were phenomenal to deal with. I am skeptical of ALL car salesmen, and my perception is completely changed of one dealership...way to go Preston VW. A big thank you to Chad B. for being a patient man and finding the right fit for my budget & my "wants".

Talked with Doug Melidona prior to visiting and he made sure that he would do whatever he could to get me the car I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted with Respect and Friendliness. Doug is a great go from the start and I want to give him great credit for what he did for me. The entire staff was friendly and warm. I found this dealer on the internet (I,m about 75 miles away) and things could not have worked out better. The price was aggressive and Bob was willing to work with me. The deal was closed over the phone/email without any hassle whatsoever. The finance guy, Domenick, was a pleasure to work with. This dealer along with the people I worked with receive my highest possible rating.

Our experience with Preston VW was very good. Chad was able to negotiate for us a match to the lower price that a different dealership had provided and also negotiated a great interest rate for the financing of the car that we ended up buying. We are very satisfied with the car buying experience and will definitely recommend Preston to any friend looking for a VW. In addition everyone at Preston was very friendly and customer-oriented.

We most definitley would reccomend Preston to others. We were given great customer service, both before and after purchase. I know that we probably were not the easiest to work with, but this team were dynamic. We have had our purchase for less than a week now, but can say pleased with the deal that was put together. Overall, I would say that based on the service we had, we would be a returning customer in the future. That issaying a lot, since we live 1 1/2 hours away from this dealer! Employees were very thorough in describing the terms of the loan agreement, responded to my questions in a timely manner, and allowed me to choose the make/model/color of the car I wanted.

Very good experience. Much of the deal was done on the phone and when the final sale was completed their were no surprises. The finance manager Christina Showers was very professional and pleasant to work with. Not always the case at other dealerships.

Leasing a vehicle from this dealer was an easy, stress free experience. Chad was an excellent salesman and was extremely helpful in making my purchase. He walked me through all of the features of my new car. I won't hesitate to return to this dealer again for my next car.
