Found a 2012 VW Passat TDI I wanted on EBay with your dealership. It sold out from underneath us. Mike did everything he could to not only get us a Passat, but a 2013 with everything we wanted (minus the dual climate control, not his fault) for the payment we could afford. Mr. SUarez was very friendly. He came out and continued to help me. They even did follow-up calls to see if I was still interested. I feel I am a hard person to please,but they came through. Mark Boda and Mike Anderson were very prompt in their meet and greet, very knowledgable in their field, answered all my questions and showed respect for me as an individual. It was a great experience with no pressure to purchase a car. The associate was knowledgable and friendly and got me a great deal on a pre owned vehicle.
I had a wonderful experience at Preston VW when I purchased my new Jetta. Mark promptly answered all of my questions via email and got everything ready for my appointment. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They worked efficiently and gave me a great price. I was able to drive off the lot with my new car in a little over two hours.
These guys are great at working hard to find the car that is best for their customers. They are very thorough with explaining every detail. I will definately be back for my next car and will send anyone I know who is car shopping to them. I love my new Jetta. Thanks for getting me what I wanted.
We were interested in a vw beetle and drove to Preston Volkswagen after searching other car lots and seeing used vw beetles they were not worth what they were asking for, (high mileage). I purchased my car and within 2 weeks the check engine light came on the service department have been very gracious with fixing my car. I just keep having problems though. They fix it and within days the light comes back on. I live on the other side of mahoning county an it takes time and gas to take it there. I appreciate their service I just want my car to be in good shape like how I bought it. Nick from the service department has been a big help and I really appreciate it.
Mike Anderson has taken care of me with three vehicles now. He is very personable, and easy going. Bob was great, as well. They are friendly and take an interest in who you are and don't just push a vehicle on you. I am sure I will be back in the next year or so and drive away in another new car.
