Emailed about the promotion and got contacted immediately and then wasn't let down on deals and packages that they gave me. Walked into the building and was greeted nicely and never felt like I wasn't aware of what they were offering or what I was getting into. Everyone was friendly and asked if they could help if I was just standing around. Great place and nice people to deal with.

I am so impressed as a woman, i was treated with so much I am so impressed as a woman, i was treated with so much respect. I am definitly going to be a returned customer.Bobby, The owner, even came to greet me and work with me. I felt like i know the car inside and out the way Steve took his time and explained everything. Thank you Bobby and Steve.

I love my new Jetta! I had a great experience leasing my second car! Bob was very friendly and he thoroughly went over the details with me about my new car. He even sat in my backseat and helped me set up my hands free phone settings! Its amazing! Thank you so much for everything. And thank you Mark for keeping me posted with the great deal Volkswagen had and sending me a courtesy call. Mark is the reason I came in last week!

Clean, classy dealership. Sales staff are professional and don't pressure you. Of course when the product and terms are good, there is no need for a sales/snow job.

First of all we found the Passat to be a great value. In addition it is a well balanced car. roomy but not bulky,refined clean lines,adequate responsive power and very responsive handling. I was very impressed with this young mans respect in response to our expressed wants and concerns. He was very thorough and made us feel we could have as much of his time as necessary. we enjoyed Steves company in the process of our buying experience. Thats a real bonus.

Having owned a Passat already made it easy to consider and buy a Volkswagen again! The staff, particularly Chad was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Because we didn't have a lot of time, Chad and the sales team took care of us quickly and efficiently. It went so well that we bought the CC on the spot. We had came in to just test drive and compare the CC with other cars we were interested in; but we were so impressed and had no doubts, further questions or need to sleep on the decision. In respond to the flyer sent to me about the special upgrade offer for my VW Jetta, I was curious to know about the special deal so I made the call to visit the dealership. I got to work with Chad who showed me the next model of my car and answered all my questions about the lease option that I wanted to explore. I also got to talk to the owner, Bobby Preston, who was very friendly and worked his best to put my deal together which makes me very pleased.
