As a young car owner, I've had few experiences in car dealerships, but out of those experiences, Preston VW was by far the best. It was nice to set an appointment, and when I arrived, I was taken care of very quickly. The price was surprisingly low, and the friendliness of everyone was amazing to experience.

I did extensive reseach on 2013 GTIs; I was willing to travel within a 100mi radius of my home in Elizabeth Twp. PA. Preston VW had by far the best price on exactly what I was looking for (4dr, white, w/DSG trans). The car was even better optioned than I was looking for, and the price was still better than their competitors. Mike Anderson and Christina Showers were wonderful to deal with, and bringing the car back for paint/fabric protection application was also hassle free.

I came in needing a newer vehicle! Mike was with me from the initial hand shake until he showed me the feature on my new Jetta. He was very friendly and never pressured me into buying the car. I won't be driving much longer but if I did I would definitely get another off him. My friends and family will be by to see mike and the great staff there!

Doug Melidona was more than willing to go above and beyond in order to get a second car for my wife and I. He worked for us for over three days and even stayed after hours in order to get everything in its right place. Dealing with a fellow Volkswagen enthusiast makes the entire process that much more enjoyable. If you come to Preston VW looking for a new or used Volkswagen, you've already made the right decision.

The dealership personnel were friendly and made the whole car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. The initial price I was offered for my trade was fair and acceptable, which is something I cant say about other dealerships I shopped before Preston VW. I arrived at the dealership around 5pm and was out the door in my new Jeep Wranger in only a couple hours, and that included my credit check and contract process. Thanks to Brad and Domenick.

Mike was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My experience returning my 2011 Jetta and getting my new 2014 Jetta was easy and seamless. I appreciated that!

Great to work with Brad, Chad and Doug and it was a great experience for an individual who has not purchased a car in a long time. Very patient and willing to answer any questions or concerns that we had. I didn't feel pressured to buy and they all worked with me to get me the best option for my business needs. Very price competitive and willing to earn my business. I love the new passat and will be working with this dealership in the future for my wife and myself. Paul
