The least painful car buying experience I have ever had. I dropped by on my lunch break, test drove the car I wanted while they appraised my trade. I went back to work while they put together a deal, negotiations were quick and done remotely, and all I had to do was come back to sign the papers. Chad and Bobby were great to deal with.
The environment at Preston Volkswagen was pleasant and comfortable and all of the employees were very friendly. Mark, in particular, was very clear, organized, and helpful at all times while working with me. This was the first dealership I went to that showed me exactly what I was looking for! I left a very happy customer!
I was looking to replace my leased vehicle in the next few days. A friend of mine has driven VW's for many years. He suggested I look at the Jetta. I came in, had a test drive, liked the car and found Chad, the owner and the financial team to be very helpful. I owned a VW many years ago and had a very good experience with the car. I hope I will enjoy this car for years to come.
We received exceptional service! Very clean vehicles. Left the dealership in a snow storm and they still washed it before we left! Definitely worth the drive!
I had an absolutly great experience buying my new VW Passat at Preston. Mark was extremely pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgable and helpful. I believe, Mark and Mike went to great lengths to make this a pleasurable experience and to ensure we will be repeat customers.
I live in Pittsburgh, however this is my 2nd car though Preston so I went over to Boardman Ohio - and it was by far the best experience ever! Preston Motors - VW - they made me feel like I was family - wonderful people - wonderful dealership!
