We bought a 2010 Jetta TDI (new) a few years ago, but with all of the deals presented to us, and the need for a little more room, we decided to look at the Passat...which we ended up purchasing. I contacted Preston Volkswagen the night before my visit to schedule time to meet with someone. I was contacted right away by Doug. I drove an 1.5 hrs because i was not able to find what i was looking for in Cleveland. My visit was great. Everyone was very nice and normal. No pushy sales. When it came down to numbers, we were able to work out a great deal fairly quickly. They had acutally been closed for an hour or by the time I drove off the lot. I will definatly be coming back desipte the long drive!

I had been looking for a used VW GTI for months when I saw one that met my requirements (color, miles, transmission...) pop up on the dealer website. So I drove over on a Saturday to take a look at it. The dealership was extremely busy, but I was waited on as if I was the only customer there. Doug and Chad were both very helpful and patient throughout my car buying process! When I returned Doug was with another client and Chad was more than happy to help me...they really work well as a team. I had a little bit of a hold up with my insurance company and Chad was understanding and helped me through it. Also Christina was extremely helpful and informative as well as personable. Traveled from PA to this dealership after finding a car on the internet that we were interested in. In the end we did purchase that car. BOBBY & HIS GUYS WENT WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE OUR BUYING EXPERIENCE AWESOME. WE DROVE 1.5 HOURS TO WORK A TRADE. Our experience with purchasing a car from Preston was such a POSITIVE one. Everyone in the facility was wonderful from the owner , to the Chad Boofnew our car dealer all the way to the finance person who went above and beyond to get us the best rate on the loan. We could not of asked for a more quicker experience the paperwork was done in a timely manner. Chad Boofer our dealer took the time to come out and show us how to work all the features of our new car. We were VERY Plesed with our experience.
