Staff was beyond friendly. They made my wife and I feel special and like a valued customer. The sales staff went over the features and benefits of the car. True professionals who were knowledgable, communicated clearly, and made it easy to do business.
It was a pleasure dealing with Jessica on the purchase of my truck. She made the hour and a half drive well worth it, as did the entire staff of the dealership. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, which is rare theses days when buying a vehicle. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, near or far. Jessica made what could have been a frustrating process, a very easy one. She was very attentive to my needs in the vehicle and did not force me into something I couldn't afford. Not only was she very friendly, she took the time to patiently explain everything to me in terms that I understood.

In the past week my wife and I have spent countless hours fighting with dealers, and have walked out of several of the sleazier ones. The people of Toyota of Boardman had fair prices from the the beginning, weren't interested in playing the sales games, and made us feel comfortable immediately. Very impressive.
