I brought my car in for the 20K miles service and as always, the service was outstanding. I am always greeting warmly and professionally. On this specific occasion, I brought the car in about 45 minutes prior to my appointment time and it was immediately attended to with no hassle. Everyone that I worked with at the dealership was very professional. My salesman Kevin Sikora did an excellent job from beginning to end. I inquired online about a vecicle and he responed in a knowledgable and timely fashion. I was not quite ready to buy because I had to wait for a few documents for the sale. Very friendly staff, extremely helpful in obtaining the financing for the vehicle. I would recommend to anyone at any time the dealership and salesperson. My time at the dealership was pleasant and shorter than expected. They didn't treat me different because of my financial situation. They did not try to sell me something that I did not want.
I was referred to Toyota of Boardman by my sister as she had bought a car there a month earlier. Knowing I don't enjoy shopping for car she told me if I went there I would be treated well and get a great deal. After my experience there I feel that is an under statement. I found a recent trade in at cars.com and contacted the dealership. I let them know that I wanted to see/test drive the car and they informed me they just received it on trade in and it had not been detailed or gone through the service dept. When I expressed interest in viewing the car on the weekend they made sure the outside of the vehicle was detailed and had the car waiting for me by the entrance to the showroom for inspection and a comprehensive test drive. Me and my family always shopped toyota I was in need of a car badly so I went to see Shane since he was highly recommened and explained to him my sitution. He sat down with and he started talkin to me and asking me all kinds of questions and right away I felt comfortable and knew I can trust him.
