I was very apprehensive at first, but when I was greeted I was very apprehensive at first, but when I was greeted by Bobby I felt at ease. All three gentlemen treated my wife, son & myself, well, like good friends. I could tell that thier attitudes were really genuine. We were called by a "salesman" from Toyota Boardman. He ask us uf we wanted to take advantage of the Toyotathon and trade in our 08 Tundra. We discussed it and decided it may be nice to upgrade our truck and decrease our payment. I called the "salesman" back and he did not seem very interested in working with us so I called back and asked for Jessica. Jessica did everything she could possibly do to make the sale. We could not have ask for anything more.

I had a very good experience in the Toyota Boardman location. my one and only complaint is that my car only came with one set of keys however Jessica Ramdin my sales rep went above and beyond to try to get them back for me so I'm ok with it. Jessica was a wonderful!! I manage a Verizon corporate location and Jessica displayed the world class customer service that we emphasize to our employees. This dealership is by far the best one I have dealt with! I have purchased 8 new cars in the last ten years and so far this was my most enjoyable car purchase. I went from a scion xb to a rav4 limited 4x4, i also was working with the ford dealership and looking at an escape. The professional and friendly staff has earned my future business as well. I came in to look at a new Toyota Prius, but wasn't sure if I wanted a new or used one. Jerry was very patient and helpful in making the decision. He went above and beyond to help me get the exact car I wanted. Overall I had a great experience with Toyota of Boardman and Jerry. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family, and will return in the future.

Kevin was very prompt, courteous and receptive to my interests and needs. I appreciated his and Eric's honesty and attentive customer service. I chose this dealership over a more local dealership due to their service. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I always had a fear of buying a car from a dealership. High pressure sales and it being over priced. Jessica was very informative, very nice, made it a fun experience, and really understood my needs. I went into the dealership because I heard from a friend, who liked the car they got there, that Jess is a great person to deal with when purchasing a car. They couldn't have been more right. Great doesn't even start to describe Jess. She worked with us and was very in tuned to our needs. I went in for a used car and walked out with a brand new one. I will definately be going to Jess for the rest of my vehicles.
