Everyone was really friendly, and they had the exact car I was looking for. This is my 5th Rav4 that I have bought, and 4 of them were from Boardman Toyota, obviously they treat me right! Please tell them to keep up the good work! I'll be back in the future.
The customer service was outstanding. Communication was the best we have ever experienced. The two sales associates mentioned above are true assets to the Toyota company. Please hope that I don't open a business soon, I would steal them away in a minute. Appreciate and hold onto them. Genuine customer service has become a rarity but these two have it.

My husband and I recently purchased a new car from Toyota of Boardman. The process was very easy and enjoyable from the moment we walked in the door from the time we left with our new Camry. My experience with Jason A was beyond terrible. Some of the most rude , condescending sales people I have ever encountered. They don't care about customers needs only what's most convienant And works best for them. Relationships are important in the car business and you should treat people with respect and like human beings. People don't want to buy a car from a dealership they don't like.

Had tires rotated then, a few days later, experienced low pressure alert. Pressure had not been set at manufacturer recommendation (33) but at 30. Was told that was normal and not to worry about it. Asked for air to be put in tires. New pressure is now 36 - still not 33 and now OVER inflated instead of UNDER inflated. Was told that was normal and not to worry about it. Just had my husband set all tires at manufacturer specification. Wonder what else they chose not to do correctly for oil change and other work performed.
We recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Toyota Boardman, despite having purchased our 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from them four years ago with great satisfaction. Twice came in for oil change and was asked if I wanted my car vaccumed and washed, I said yes both times and niether time was it done not even a wash
Will not even get on the phone with me to sort out an issue with a car they sold me.
