She was so great to work with!! Buy your cars from Jessica Ramdin! She was so helpful and knew her car information! She recmonded great cars for us to test drive and explained all of the features. I would highly reccomend her..I know I will be visiting her again for my next car!

What a nice change of pace! I must admit that I used to dread buying a car. The whole process seemed like a chess match in the past. Dealing with the people at Preston of Boardman changed my whole preception of car buying! Shane, Doug, and Rich were up front and honest with me (which is rare at a dealership)! My new car buying experiance at Toyota of Boardman was My new car buying experiance at Toyota of Boardman was top notch. After much research for a safe, quality product and THE BEST DEAL, I found both at Toyota of Boardman. The 2011 Toyota Camery XLE, well equipt and with the new brake override system, the ride and overall quality just beat out the others. This is the 4th Toyota vehicle I have purchased and the first one at Toyota of Boardman. I found this dealer to be extremely easy to work with. There was no pressure to buy, easy to deal with employees and extremely friendly service at all aspects of the purchase. Not only have i already referred friends and family to this dealer, but I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealer.

I am super impressed with both Jessican and Erica, the whole process was easy and very comfortable. I didnt feel any pressure at any point of the sale, everything was very smooth and seemless, everyone was very professional and the process was worry free, overall I am completely impressed and believe I have become a toyota purchaser for life

Overall GREAT experience from the vehicle demonstration to the delivery! The very knowledgeable friendly staff made the buying process a pleasure. Shane made me feel comfortable throughout the purchase and Ben did a tremendous job with the delivery of the vehicle. I will be back in 4 years and will send buyers in the near future!

This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I had been dreading buying a vehicle because of bad experiences at previous dealership.
