I have given an overall rating of excellent because the service we received was exceptional. Jim really made the car buying experience a good one. Two years ago we bought a car and it was the worst experience ever, and we never wanted to buy another car again. We had a pleasant experience at your dealership while buying our minivan. Our salesman Rich was very accomodating and pleasant as was Doug. We were made to feel right at home. The only complaint would be our time with the business manager. He made us feel pressured, and he seemed irritated that we didn't buy what he was selling.Everyone else was amazing. We love our Toyota.

I had a great experience leasing my very first car at Preston Toyota of Boardman! I was very impressed with my salesman, Kevin Sikora. This dealership was great! They treated us like family! The best employee there had to be Jim Barth. He was so helpful when I was buying my Corolla! He gave me and my family a step by step walkthrough of a car I had never delt with! I left the dealership ready t drive my new car! What a great dealership! I commend Jim! He was great! :)

I was recommended to this dealer by a close friend. I was not disappointed. I hate to buy a car and all the craziness that usually goes along with that I was thrilled to not have all of that dealing with this dealer. It was a very easy process from looking for the van I wanted to picking it up. I would definitely recommend this dealer and salesperson to my friends. I will also use them again in the future!! Thank you for making buying a vehicle a much easier process!!

My husband and I stopped at Toyota of Boardman, Ohio to browse for a vehicle large enough for our kids and also to fit our son's wheelchair. They went out of their way to help us both by finding our van and by helping us get a loan. Our credit history isn't so great because of so many medical bills from our son's many many doctor visits due to his Muscular Dystrophy but they were able to help us get the loan we needed at the price range we wanted. I have bought 3 vehicles from Toyota of Boardman and I ALWAYS recommend them to people when they are looking for a new/used vehicle. I have always worked with Doug Wilt but he was off the day I came in to buy my Venza and I was greeted by Nathan Kibley. He was very personable and friendly and provided a comfortable experience. He was just as excited as I was over my purchase.

This is our 6th toyota over the years, all but one was purchased at the Boardman, Ohio branch . Mike Butream has always been a wonderful gentleman. He knows the product and he knows how to treat people. We will always deal with this store and with Mike for as long as there are Toyotas to drive. Thank you for treating us more then business deals! We have rated this store with this rating because we want toyota to see we are more then satisfied. Even an oil change is a good experience.
