This was the best car buying experience we ever had. I contacted Jim first by a phone call and he e-mailed the information I requested. He was quick in his responses and gave me a price quote which was the best in the area. My wife and I went into the dealership the next day. After a friendly greeting and looking at the Toyota Camry, we selected a color, which they didn't have on the lot. Jim was able to quickly locate what we wanted at another dealership. My visit to the dealership began with a routine service appt. Where I was welcomed by Joanne in her typical friendly warm fashion. I got checked in and was prepared to wait. Instead I choose to test drive a venza a car I had been interested in for about a year. That is where I ran into Rich and the a few test drives later and a lot of conversation I became a proud owner of a new owner of a beautiful venza. Great experience. My wife and I started to enter a Nissan dealer, when my wife said "I thought we were going to look at the Toyotas". We turned around and drove back to look at the Toyotas, with no real intent on purchacing any car on that day. We liked the car and the atmosphere so well that after a brief private discussion we decieded to buy the Toyota that we almost didn't even look at.

I liked dealing with the personnel at Toyota of Boardman because there was not a lot of pressure and they were very knowledgeable to my questions/concerns about leasing.

This was so easy to get a new car, Doug did a great job. Took less than an hour. I went in the next day signed the papers and drove it home. Will go back again for my next car.

Went in to look (second trip) and came out owning the car I wanted in a reasonable length of time. Salesman (Nathan) and F&I man (Eric Santana) were great. The dealership looked fantastic (like brand new) with many coutomer perks and courtesy's.
