This is my first experience with this dealership having used the Preston Toyota dealership in New Castle, Pa. prior for service. I found this sales staff 'laid-back' and not agressive as I've found others in the past. This was my first experience with leasing a vehicle, so I don't know that there was anything that could have been done to make the process less overwhelming. Overall the staff was patient and really worked hard to get me what fit my needs and budget. My situation seemed unique, so there were some bugs in the process which did not lead me to have the experience I was anticipating from them. I have dealt with Mike in the past so we have an ongoing customer/salesman relationship. I came in to get my oil changed and saw the Honda Accord on the lot. I asked Mike if I could test drive it and we went from there. Mike gave me an honest assessment of the Honda. He knows that I do not want to got back and forth with the GM 20 times to arrive at a price. When we talked money Mike brought Shane(The GM) into the room. Mike is the most honest and trustworty car salesman that we have ever dealt with. We have purchased 3 new vehicles from him, and he is the ONLY salesman that we will buy from.
