It may be hard to believe, but at 52 years of age this was my first new car. Erica nad Mike made me feel relaxed. I felt that gotthe best deal I could for my car. Things went smooth and was in and out in less than 3 hours. Thank you both.

I gave the ratings that I gave because Steve was terrific. I told him I wanted a Rav4, something a little bit sporty since I have 3 sons. Steve told me he did not think they would be comfortable in another year or two in a Rav, and said I have a Highlander for the same price. I reluctantly tried a test drive. WOW, I was glad I did! Great experience. Mike made trading in our car and buying a new 2012 Sequoia easier than I could have imagined. He gave us the best price from the start and there were no hidden costs. I had been talking on the phone with Rich for a few weeks regarding buying out an early lease on my Camry. Very dissappointed in myself for not making a better deal on this car.I had to be a complete moron to let this happen.I am sure that they are still laughing all the way to the bank with my hard earned money.Oh well this was definitely learned the hard way.
