This is our third purchase of a Toyota from Mike Butream. He is very proffessional and extremely knowledgable about this fine automobile. Mike is a pleasure to work with. He pulls no punches, tells us the truth,and is always available to answer any questions that we may have. He is currently working on upgrading my wife from a Corolla to a new Camry.We are very comfortable working with Mike and will most certainly work with him in the future. Great person, great product!

This was the best dealership experience my wife and I have ever had. First the dealership is clean and well laid out. I was greeted immediately. Doug Wilt, the salesman, was perfect, he asked the right questions, gave honest answers to mine, did not pressure me to buy anything and quickly without haggling or running back and forth to a "manager" presented an offer on the car I was interested in including the trade amount on my car that was within the criteria I set for him. I went to Toyota of Boardman to find a slightly used car within my price range. I have driven Toyotas before and knew that theirs was the type of car I wanted. Upon arrival I was given a chance to look around for a few minutes before Jim Barth approached me. He was honest with me about what they could reasonably offer within my price range. I found the dealership very accomadating and knowledgable of the product they sold. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable of his product pointing out many fine points of interst that made our final discussion. Since our purchase we have returned for all service and the service department is gives us excellent service. I would recommande this dealership to all family and friends along with the saleperson who sold our Rava to to us.

This was our first time at this dealership, and our first Toyota. From looking at the vehicle we wanted thru purchasing & signing we were treated like friends and neighbors. Salesman Jim Barth was extremely helpful and worked hard to get us what we wanted. Thank you. We love our new Prius!

Why I gave all 5's? Easy to answer. We saw a Prius online while we were in Texas for the winter. We used the internet to connect with Josh Bakuhn, who had sold our daughter a Prius. He was professional and met our daughter to test drive the car. We were second in line for the first one we had "looked at". Josh showed Lisa two others and we bought the blue one. I bought a car from toyota of boardman and was surprised to find the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially my salesman Nathan Kipley. I also returned for service to have a minor issue checked out and the service manager Dave Shuntich was extreemly helpful with taking care of my service issue. They make buying a car and getting it serviced very quick and easy and they are all so very friendly. Thank You Toyota of Boardman!

This is the second car that I have purchased from Boardman of Toyota in the last two years. Both cars I have dealt with Mike Butream, he has been great along with the rest of the staff. All the people there treat you with respect, and are very friendly and fair. The whole staff go out of there way to make you feel special. I tell everyone I know to shop for their car at Boardman of Toyota.
