Mike Butream was our sales associate. This is the third car I've bought from him and the first time I bought a used vehicle. As always, Mike and the team at Toyota of Boardman exceed my expectations. Great price, great car, friendly service, and knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. I'll continue to be a customer of Mike's & Toyota for life.

The service was friendly and informational. There was no pressure in buying a car. There was plenty of time to make a decision we weren't rushed into any deal. We were given a fair trade in on our car.

I recommend this dealership to everyone! Kevin Bertilacci is a GREAT salesman! Being a woman shopping for a new vehicle I had my reservations(because of pushy salesmen). Kevin Bertilacci was anything but that. I had so many questions for him about our new Toyota Sienna XLE van and he answered them all very quickly. The dealership was a fantastic place to come and shop for a new vehicle. There was a great selection to choose from. My vehicle was not on this lot but my sales team tracked it down and went and got it for me by the next day. They worked with me and my budget I had to work with. All and all it was a great experience and the sales team did a great job.

We visited this dealership on a whim not knowing anything about it. I had visited another Toyota dealer the day before and had two totally different experiences. The first dealership I felt really didn't try to match me with a car. The Toyota of Boardman dealer did everything in their power to prove to me I could get what I wanted and they would help achieve it. I am so pleased with the customer service at this location. This was my first time buying a car by myself. Mike was great throughout the entire process. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he delivered. His level of professionalism was his greatest quality. Not only did he know everything about the car, but he was helpful explaining the entire acquisition process as well.
