Lease new 2017 Toyota Sienna Jim Barth was extremely helpful with helping the transition from the old Toyota lease into the new one. Could not have been easier! I would definitely recommend working with Jim Barth and this dealership.

Fast and fun I had been to other dealerships to scout out a new car. I filled out a "True Car" questionnaire online on a Friday afternoon and it was forwarded to Toyota of Boardman. I had never heard of them before. By Saturday morning Boardman had found the car I was asking for. By Monday afternoon I was driving it home with a price I was happy with! Justin did a great job programming all the electronics on my RAV 4. It would have taken me HOURS.

Tire Warranty Claim Gerald in service did an excellent job helping me with my tire warranty claim. He set me up with a Rav 4 rental car, and did the best he could to get me a fair price and a front end alignment.
Terrific Sales Experience Preston Toyota of Boardman is a great dealership. Our first contact was by phone with Sales Manager John Mitsos. He was great to work with, an excellent communicator, and he gave us a price that it made it worth the 2-1/2 hour drive. Great price, no pressure. Justin in sales took the time to let me test drive several different models so I could decide which car was best for me. Gerald took care of getting a used car checked out for me I want to thanks Gerald for doing an outstanding job of getting a used Toyota Highlander checked out for me to consider buying. Quick, Easy, and Professional I took advantage of their tire special, great deal on brand name tires!! Gerald is always very pleasant and explains everything very well.
