Quick, simple, and friendly Randy Rogan was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable in our dealings with him. Erica Graham was our finance person. She was friendly and personable. We have dealt with this dealership for sometime now as I already have a 2008 Prius. It was our first time buying here though. Service department is wonderful. Car was delivered clean and ready to go. No pressure/ No hasseles It was the smoothest vehicle I ever had. Our salesman Randy Rogan, was polite, honest, and listened to our needs. Amazing experience! My salesman Randy Rogan was AMAZING!!! He made everything painless and seamless for me. We were able to work out my entire deal over the phone, he had all my paperwork ready for me when I got there. I was in and out in no time. He was super friendly and helpful. Sales people were helpful and not pushy. The salesman that worked me was extremely helpful. Jim took a lot of time to show me every detail about the car I was interested in buying. Investing in a car was not an easy decision for me to make, but with the help of Jim and Stephanie I left Toyota excited and feeling good about my choice. The time they spent telling me about the car, financing, and working with me to find the best deal compared to other dealerships was great!
