Fantastic experience I was at the dealership for service only (or so I thought) but had a chance to see the newest models and was very impressed with what I saw. I had no intention of purchasing another Toyota. But as it turned out, I purchased my fourth and I am so glad I did.

10,000 mile check up Despite the fact that I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership, you would never have known it by the way they treated me. It was as if I had been life long customer. It way very easy to make the service appointment online. I got the requested call back within an hour and got the reminder text just like I had set up. Terrific Jim Barth is always very personable and helpful. This is our third Toyota Highlander and Jim has taken great care of us for the purchase of each one. I would recommend asking for him by name. He will work with you and what you need without being pushy. We always enjoy working with him when purchasing our cars.
Fantastic Service! The courtesy, expediency and competency of their service is commendable! It is nice to know that if your car will take more than an hour or so that the shuttle service will take you within a reasonable distance to occupy time. That in itself was great! Got done fast Went in for multi point inspection. Gerald was very curtious and efficient. When something needed replaced, he brought it to my attention with a price and options. I had the work done and it was done quickly. I have had my Camry for several years now and have always had a pleasant experience when having my car serviced at Preston.
