Great all around experience! My wife and I leased a 2015 Toyota Highlander. We knew the lease would be up in October of 2017. We had my eye on a 2017 Highlander Hybrid. Excellent experience. Extremely helpful & patient. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and patient with us while we made a decision on year and color, since I could not make up my mind. The salesman was not "pushy" and was only friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Deal done easy I made a phone call to this dealer and salesman, Mike Butream quoted the price to me. I was happy with the proposal so my wife and I made the trip to the dealer. Salesman had 2 cars sitting beside the building ready to take for a test drive. The negotiation over the price went as smooth as any deal I have ever made.
Awesome service in finding my truck I had a 2014 Tacoma that I was wanting to trade in on a 2017. None of my local delearships wanted to work with me and help me find the exact truck I was looking for. So I called up Toyota in boardman since I have worked with them before and they find the truck I wanted, installed all the parts that I wanted on it extra and held it for me for over a week until I could make the 6 hour round trip drive to their dealership.
