Mike Butream was the reason we leased a higlander My wife and I were hesitant for many months as to whether or not to lease a highlander. I originally spoke with Mike and he gave me a price. He did not pester me or bother me in any way. Great Service I was well cared for by Assistant Service Manager Gerald from start to finish. When I dropped the car off for repairs he asked good questions about the trouble and made sure we both understood my concern and the possible work to be done. He then called back (after speaking with service technician) and let me know they had found the cause, clearly stated what needed to be done, clearly stated the time involved and clearly stated the price. Traded in my 12 year old BFF I loved my 2005 Chrysler 300 and really had no intentions of getting a new car, until my friend showed up last week to pick me up in her new 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE. During my ride to the office in Pittsburgh, I fell in love!! It was difficult leaving my BFF of 12 years in the parking lot as a trade........but, I am so glad I did!! Toyota Highlander The experience of purchasing a highlander was amazing. Rich took the time to explain all the details of the numerous papers we needed to sign and Jim took the time to explain every detail about the car and he explained it in terms we could understand. Amazing Experience My car salesman was Mike "Bubba" Kirkwood. He assisted me in finding the exact car that I wanted and helped me through the entire process in an extremely professional manner. Erica also assisted me in finance and made the entire process extremely easy to understand for different options available. Shane was also great in management during the entire car buying process.
