Well my Rav4 is 3 years old… It will be the last Toyota I ever purchase and I will no longer be taking it to Boardman Toyota Service Department for service. I was informed at my last service visit that the seal was leaking on the transfer case and the repair was over $2700.00. I visited this dealership with interest in a used vehicle, hoping for some flexibility on the price. Unfortunately, despite my request for a $1,000 discount, they were only willing to offer $500 off the listed price. The sales representative mentioned he would reach out later if there was any chance for further negotiation. However, when the sales manager contacted me, the offer remained unchanged at $500. service department SUCKS ! I'm a retired dealership mechanic of 40yrs.s can't work on them anymore so I brought my 4runner in to have my brake problem fixed I told Gerald the service advertiser I was sure it was a bad master cylinder witch I knew the part was around $1500.00 .no problem with that so I get a call from Gerald and said that I needed the the right front caliper and the brake hose. sounded like BS to me had no fluid on my garage floor and never had to add fluid and the vehicle never pulled it would cost, $518.0... read more

Megan who we worked with was very nice. 2016 Toyota 4runner Verbally committed to buying the vehicle. We were only waiting for the insurance check for our totalled vehicle. They refused to hold the vehicle for us. We even offered a deposit. We are talking a few days. They sold it to someone from Michigan. Guess they don't like repeat customers.
Had a vehicle towed in for service. Driver parked car where he was directed to park it. Then i was charged $29.87 on my bill to move it into service because it was parked too far away! Ya figure that one out?
Had the ABSOLUTE worst sales experience here I’ve ever had in my life. Cockiest, most uptight sales person. The “you’re either going to buy it, or you’re not” attitude is ruining my respect for dealerships. Went to look at a RAV4 hybrid for my wife, and right off the rip. Bad vibes. Didn’t even get to look at the car, and they wanted to make a deal? Deal isn’t even the correct term if you’re shopping here. Kept referring that the owner was there like he was going to arrest me if I didn’t make a deal.
