Awesome! Super big thank you to Gina Bondi and Justin Bailey at Toyota of Boardman for helping my husband and I into our new 2016 Highlander today! Both we're friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Justin was very thorough in highlighting all that the Highlander had to offer and explaining how to use each feature! Service was stellar. It was THE BEST car buying experience we've had, to date! We will definitely be recommending Toyota of Boardman and these two in the future to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Wonderful experience again! My husband and I picked up a 2017 Toyota Sienna lease last night from Jim Barth and yet again were very pleased with our experience! Breakdown on the road On my way to New York from Columbus Ohio in my 2006 Sienna. Engine light on. Called my service person at Toyota Direct in Columbus. He said it sounded like an ignition coil in one of the cylinders. He said we could drive the car on 5 cylinders! Got to the Toyota dealer in Boardman, Ohio (near Youngstown). Easy, efficient. Honest This dealership has been a true joy to work with. When I drop my car off, there are snacks, TV, comfortable seating, etc. I pulled right up and someone was there to greet me. Great place to do business
Outstanding customer servce Service Employee Gerald Lane went above and beyond to make my bad situation better. I got a flat tire and needed a replacement tire. They could order one and have it Monday. When I mentioned my situation with my husband being hospitalized in Pittsburgh and my need to take my children to visit the next day, Gerald said let me see what we can do!! In a short amount of time he had a replacement tire for my car that same day. Thanks so much for providing outstanding customer service.
