Best Car Buying Experience Ever I went in and told the first salesman who greeted me that i was only dedicating 1 hour of my day to test driving a car, getting a quote on my trade and a price on a new car. I was in and out in under an hour. I went to other dealerships to check a few other cars. Fast and easy When I walked on the lot wasn't very long before a sales rep greeted me, felt like he waited just long enough to see if I decided what I wanted, we spoke he wasn't pushy he listened, then we went through the process of the purchase, my sales rep was Randy Rogan very nice guy, made me feel comfortable, and pretty much let me make all the decisions, super guy.

Wonderful Experience II had a great experience at your dealership. We were immediately greeted by Jim Barth. I had visited various dealerships in Pa., W Va. and Ohio and did not have very good experiences. Great experience I felt very comfortable talking with salesman Mike Butream, there was no pressure to sell. I went in the first time to look and test drive a new vehicle. Excellent dealership! Extremely happy with Jim our salesman and Erica, who did our book work! Both were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After many months of searching for a specific truck, we found exactly what we were looking for at Toyota of Boardman. The vehicle is in pristine condition! Very happy!
Service department was great. I called the service department to get my sienna an oil change. They were able to get me right in with no problems. I pulled right into the service station and was immediately greeted. The waiting room was comfortable and they provided refreshments. I will continue to take my vehicles here.
