Great service After I was denied on a used car due to the age, Jim found me a great deal on a new lease utilizing the college graduate program. I was out of town all week for work, but Jim took care of everything for me So it would be as easy as possible when I was able to come in and pick up my car.

Best car buying experience I've ever had I had already researched my vehicle and knew what I wanted to buy. I had even talked to a few dealers. A friend suggested I contact this dealer. Fantastic experience. Walking into Toyota of Boardman I was instantly happy. Zeke met me at the from door and we got started immiatley. Zeke was fast and right to the point. I like that. He kept everything simple and understandable. We were in and out of there in no more than 2.5 hours, which is fantastic. I will 100% recommend This dealer to anyone who asks. Erica was super quick and fantastic at her job. She kept everything clear and understandable.
Purchase of used vehicle found online. From the first phone call through the final purchase process, everything was very professional. Daughter's 1st Car Zeke was very helpful with finding my daughter her first car. He was knowledgeable with the features and could answer our questions quickly. Although it did take a while to close the deal as they were busy, he made her one happy girl by the end of the day.

A Great Place to Buy Your Next Vehicle! Great customer service. Jim Barth is not your "average" salesperson. Not pushy, assists and answers questions in a very informative and friendly manner. My husband and I had two vehicles in mind having visited the dealership on a Sunday. Jim had the vehicles pulled aside and waiting on us Monday.
