Good service. Car towed. Ready response. Staff helpful. Job done successfully. More "conveyer belt" in service tone/somewhat less personal than say, Tires Plus. Couldn't find car in lot after work done, because lot location designation (on ticket with keys) was incorrect. However when I came back into the shop and said so, a very nice man went out (in the rain) and found the car and drove it to the front door for me. I really appreciated that.
Great Service I purchased a used Dodge Journey from Andy M. Andy was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. He made you feel at ease and answered all my questions. Everyone that we talked to and helped with the whole process were very nice and pleasant. I had been to other dealers and by far Tenvoorde was a nice experience. Thanks

Employees are friendly and easy to talk/work with Really like that they allow me to go in the garage once my Mustang is on the lift and inspect the under carriage for myself. Normally I would do my own oil changes, but that perk makes it worth paying a shop to do it.

Service Manager Had a new remote start put in my vehicle. Staff was very helpful and kept me informed during the entire process. Would recommend Tenvoorde Ford as the dealership to go to for outstanding sales and service.
Good service, but poor waiting area. 2013 escape, with many recalls. Staff has been very helpful, through it all.
