I made an appointment to have my truck serviced, it was I made an appointment to have my truck serviced, it was in the shop for over 24 hours, every time I checked on it they told me it was on the lift but said they would get back to me soon,I was told this by 2 different people. Eventually I just stopped in to check on it, my truck was still parked in the back of the parking lot covered with snow, it had never been touched.

Ford requires that we first do a reprogram and relearn of the transmission which is different than a maintenance. Price was great but felt like the salesperson and manager Price was great but felt like the salesperson and manager we very pushy and they definitely cared more about the sale than making sure we were getting the best deal. Can’t say I plan to return for future purchases.

I was initially “low balled” on my trade. After I protested it was brought up to a reasonable level.
