Fairly quick service. Fairly quick service. However I had a recall due on my vehicle. They asked if they could complete it, which I agreed to. What they did not say was they were going to remove the part recalled, but did not have the replacement part available and it's on a nationwide shortage so no idea when it'll be available. I found that out after the fact. Had that been mentioned, my decision would have been different.

Maddi was great to work with, if it wasn't for her, this Maddi was great to work with, if it wasn't for her, this rating would be 1 star. However, the service department themselves, not so much. I was quoted for 4.5 hour job to complete changing a bumper after someone backed into me. After 6 hours I checked in to see the process. Still not done, will be done in another 2 hours (8 hours total). That didn't work as I had an appointment I had to make it to. I was told they would hurry to get buttoned up in 1 hour.
