Tenvoorde sold me a vehicle that broke down a week later. Tenvoorde sold me a vehicle that broke down a week later. After talking to their service department I was told the part that broke was "luck of the draw" when it comes to passing inspection. While mechanics I spoke with outside the dealership said the opposite. After my last oil change we had oil drip onto our garage After my last oil change we had oil drip onto our garage floor, then within a week the alternator went out on our 2020 Ford F150. The mechanic told us there was oil on the alternator, which was probably the cause of it shorting out, otherwise he's never seen a 4 year old Ford alternator fail. I came in for an oil change and the service tech cracked I came in for an oil change and the service tech cracked my oil pan and didn't install the splash guard back properly. I wasn't made aware of this until I found out, several days later, when there was a big pile of oil on my garage floor. They fixed their mistake but this is now multiple times that a simple oil change hasn't been done correctly from them.

They claim they walk-in only, but Tim informed me they do take appointments for the bigger jobs, which explains why their service gets so backed up.
