Very pleased with the buying experience, and very friendly not pressuring salesmen.

I also paid for the works package and my windshield fluid level was low the next week? and my oil levels were never reset, which is not a huge deal but when I paid for the upgraded package I figured that would be done as well. Not terrible but, unsure if I will go back.

I had asked for 2 key fobs for my truck at least 3 times with my salesman during before I bought the truck. I was told they may show up on his desk I kept asking and kept getting excuses. Loren, we understand your frustration and are following the Ford procedures and process to repair your vehicle. Ford requires that we first do a reprogram and relearn of the transmission which is different than a maintenance.
