They were friendly and when I said there was an issue They were friendly and when I said there was an issue with my backup camera and they didn't find it they tried again and it acted up. They ordered a different one, called when it came in and put it in my car. They also have the convenience of picking the vehical up and servicing it and returning it. That is such a great service for working people. Thanks for Awesome service!

A couple months ago I had our 2016 Escape in for service A couple months ago I had our 2016 Escape in for service work that was supposed to be covered by the Extended Warranty (through a third party) that we purchased when we bought the Escape. The warranty provider would not cover the repairs because they said we didn't follow their approval process, which was disappointing to hear.
