2011 taurus came in for an oil change and got the works package instead went very well and fast thank you only problem with it all was the quick lane web site it needs to be more simple

A Great Family Run Business I had both a fuel induction service and power steering flush service performed. This was done in a very timely manner, about three hours. And the staff were professional and friendly. Appreciated the congenial driver who gave me a lift back to my home, too.
The Man Steve Rogge is the best in the business,he is the reason I will be back to service the Truck very knowledgeable prompt and knows his job. The issue I have is I have never paid more for a vehicle in my life, and I have had more expensive issues with this truck starting from the beginning... It's a 6.0 diesel, with history that ford just won't talk about.. I'm At a point of going to Toyota or Chev for my next purchase!
Great Service Our salesman, Jared Shierts, was great! Very knowledgeable in the Ford product, in tune to our wants/needs and is clearly good at multi-tasking! My husband and I both got a new vehicle. I got a 2015 Ford Escape SE which is exceeding my expectations and he got a new 2014 Ford F150 4 Door Crew Cab and he Loves It!! He opted in for the spray in bed liner and undercoating. It is a truck, after all... We would purchase our next vehicle and recommend others to Tenvoorde Ford.
