Great Experience Let me start by saying I despise buying cars, I would rather move and do it by myself, than buy a car. However, Mike Tenvoorde and Darin Ennen were excellent, very professional, and they knew and respected the fact I didn't want to play the "car games" consumers fear. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour in my F150.
Ford Focus Repair My 2014 Ford Focus needed the clutch mechanism replaced. The parts were on back order but I was kept in the loop as to when the parts would arrive. Once they did arrive, I received a call to schedule a time to have the new parts installed. The service is already great, not only for this appointment but on previous appointments too. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

nice experience Bob did a great job. His knowledge of the vehicles, simple negotiations and low pressure demeanor sealed the deal.
great oil change and once over of car the dealership is great, but I have one complaint that is give the customer the rebate upfront don't make the customer do a computer generated rebate or have to send in a computer generated form for rebate some older folks aren't computer savy.
