Unorganized. Unorganized. They promised truck ASIS, but when pick up truck the running boards were missing.

I am not sure who Taylor or Chad are? I am not sure who Taylor or Chad are??, so I cannot rate them. My experience with James was frustrating. He was helpful at first, but after that things declined. He didn't show up for our scheduled test drive so I worked with Heather. Then it was back to James. A little confusing who I was supposed to be working with. I got new tires put on my suv on the drive home my wheel I got new tires put on my suv on the drive home my wheel covers fall off and I lose them so I call Tenvoorde ford to see if they would replace them they said they would they said we will order them and ship them to my address it’s been two months and I haven’t heard anything!! I guess they forget about there customers
