Darin is the man Darin is the man. You need a car. Go to him and get it done. Hard to find a sale person as no non-sense and efficient as he is. Test drive, pricing and sale was done within 2 hours.
Tenvoorde Ford, St Cloud MN This is a smaller dealership that was fast, efficient, and able to sell me a car. They communicate quickly and promply. They were busy...on my purchase day there was no wasted time. Negotiation on the bottom line was professional and fair. Signing the financial documents was fairly efficient and organized. I liked the bags for cleaning out the car I traded in, they will make great shopping bags. Good experience. I was disappointed that the 2015 models were not on the floor to view by March 1.
Good "dealer" seems willing to please I was very satisfied with Charlie's knowledge of the features and operation of the 2015 F150 and his general sales approach Less than totally happy with disclosure of lease price basis vs. purchase price. Bad surprise in the finance office. Seems a disconnect between sales vs.management approval step vs. finance / closing Good group in general but reminded me they are still car "dealers"
