I was not surprised but caught off guard on my trade in's I was not surprised but caught off guard on my trade in's value. your website vehicle trade in calculator is wrong and misleading. I was a bit taken aback when the other was $1500 lower than what your own site said my car is worth. I was basically offered the same in my home town area. Also the person I was texting with, wasn't the person I dealt with on the sale. Sam was great though as was the finance guy.
