Great service. Fast and courteous service. Checked everything very well. Even rotated tires.
Great service, Clean facilities I got to quick Lane when it opened in the morning and was seen right away. The service manager showed me the air filter so I'd know first hand that it was in good shape. My records indicated that the wheels needed to be rotated, something I don't have to keep track of. My only disappointment was that my car did not get washed nor was there an explanation or notice.
Very friendly atmosphere I purchased a 2007 Mazda6. Within 3-4 days of purchase I noticed a burning oil smell coming from the car, and transmission was slipping going into first gear. The service department was great from the first phone call-listened intently & had all my concerns ready to be checked when I arrived at the service department. Good job Just a quick drop in when my turn signal light went out while driving to Walmart. They got me right in and I was back in the road in less than 30 minutes. Appreciated the quick service and was amazed that the car had been unexpectedly washed in that short period of time. Thanks.
great service You guys did well, I liked how you could get me in right away it's nice when I work the midnight shift and don't have a lot of time with sleeping during the day. Maybe the personnel could be a little more personable, and acknowledgeing of your presence. Maybe a little more smiling.
