Throughout the years Star Ford has been the dealership of my family's choice. Nelson Soliz, service manager did an outstanding A+ job helping me with a recall and installation of a large accessory on my new Maverick. After a rough start with another service clerk, Nelson was very professional and offered above and beyond service. Very grateful for his help and the service at Star Ford.

They charge a fee for credit card purchases on services. I've never been charged a credit card fee for services at other dealerships. (this is unusual even for independent mechanics).

I have a Lincoln that I got through the dealership in van nuys. I had a great sales person there but the service dept was a bit of a hassle. I switched to this dealership. So my review is for service only. They are awesome!!! It's easy to get in. They are efficient. There is great communication. They sometimes come to my home to do recalls or updates (when feasible). Star Ford did an excellent job on a headlight issue after service. Really appreciate help from Christian, the service advisor, and Jose, the mobile tech, who are both unfailingly polite and followed up to make sure everything was fixed. Thank you both!
Thank you Ethan! We stopped in because our rental Expedition had a stuck chair that we couldn't fix. He was so nice from the start. Took a minute to fix it. Then we broke it again and he came right out, same patience and friendliness. Showed us again how to fix it. Such a nice experience. Thanks Ethan!
Follow up - Manny the service manager for Star Ford got in touch with me regarding my complaint and refunded a substantial amount of my payment. His decision to do that was appreciated by me and I'm thankful that he took the time to make things right. Looks like Star Ford owns up to their mistakes and they do what they can to make the customer happy. Good job, Manny!
They've had very good, quick service the several times I've been here. Last time, in particular Kristin in their service department went above and beyond with truly excellent and proactive service for something that had to be done, which I'm truly grateful for. Recommended for all service needs.
I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus with reasonable monthly payments. My sales person Mr. Mirzoian, provided me with excellent service. He was attentive and made the process seame serene. Even the financial process was easy and quick. I would recommend this dealership for any future car purchases. You will not have buyers remorse with a Lincoln.
