The dealership ultimately resolved my issue and properly diagnosed and fixed the rattling noise. The necessary parts were replaced and the problem is fully resolved. I appreciate the team making sure it was handled correctly.

This place is very nice and basically treat you with kid gloves. I was greeted with a smile by Sarah Reinschmi. I had a slow leak on my rear tire, and told me to go into the office to wait till she delivered my car to the mechanic. After a short while she came back and showed me my tire had a big screw in it. It also turned out my tires were cracking and needed replacement (I kind of expected that). Nelson Soliz, service manager did an outstanding A+ job helping me with a recall and installation of a large accessory on my new Maverick. They charge a fee for credit card purchases on services. I've never been charged a credit card fee for services at other dealerships. (this is unusual even for independent mechanics).
