I came in because my 2021 Ford Explorer was making a popping sound from the rear axle. I called and scheduled an appointment for 11am. The day of, I couldn't do 11am and showed up at 8am, they were kind enough to take me in anyway. Reno did a great job helping us with our recall. The turnaround was fast and with no headaches. If you need to get your recall sorted out and quickly done go to Star Ford in Glendale. I've set an appointment with Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood with this recall for a whole year. They stated that they will call us once the part arrives and have not received a call since.
