Star Ford Lincoln is the place to go if you're looking for a car. I talked with Michael over the phone telling him that I lived far away and then I wanted to make sure the drive was worth it if they could work with me on the budget that I wanted out the door. TECH WIZARDS.. Amazing .. Star Ford's technology / quality control person is so knowledgeable and highly proficient. Vehicle modem issue resolved in less than 30 mins, included phone / vehicle and app interface connectivity. Star is very forward thinking, made the investment in personel, tech and training. Star understands connectivity between our vehicles and our everyday lives. Very impressive. I would give 10 stars!

Star Ford's Service Department made me feel valued, when I brought my 21 F150 Raptor in for repairs. 4x4 system wasn't engaging and my rear axle had a leak. Not having a fully functioning truck was leaving me frustrated and giving me anxiety. Thankfully my service advisor Christian was knowledgeable about the 4x4 system and reassured me it wasn't as hard of a fix as I thought. Ughhhhhhh. Never mind below. So communication was great thought everything was great, someone was supposed to pick up my car at 9:30 this morning. It is 1040 now I have not heard from anyone. No one has shown up at my house, and I have called and texted. They need to get their stuff together here. I'm on my last chance for this. Back to a better star rating. .
