I just got my second Mach-e from Star Ford! I had an amazing time with Sasha (Alexander Kakuev) who walked me through my options of a new lease and buying a new car. I loved the Mach-e but I had a Select which is the base model and I wanted more options on my next one. I went in because the monitor to read the tire pressure on my car turned off. It was still under warranty. It was recommended to only be a drive in appointment. They took me right away. I chose to wait in their waiting room, which was comfortable with tables padded chairs, food vending machines. They kept me up-to-date on the fixing time then got me on my way. Eddie Gonzalez was polite and took care of me well.

Brought my car here after a terrible experience with the Ford in Downtown Los Angeles. Martin has been an amazing rep. While I already had a rental reservation, Star offers rental discounts and transportation to your rentals. My ride arrived just as I signed the paperwork. Perfect timing.
