Star Ford's Service Department made me feel valued, when I brought my 21 F150 Raptor in for repairs. 4x4 system wasn't engaging and my rear axle had a leak. Not having a fully functioning truck was leaving me frustrated and giving me anxiety. Thankfully my service advisor Christian was knowledgeable about the 4x4 system and reassured me it wasn't as hard of a fix as I thought. Ughhhhhhh. Never mind below. So communication was great thought everything was great, someone was supposed to pick up my car at 9:30 this morning. It is 1040 now I have not heard from anyone. No one has shown up at my house, and I have called and texted. They need to get their stuff together here. I'm on my last chance for this. Back to a better star rating. . I stopped by Star Ford just to have a look around. I was greeted by someone quickly and asked if I needed anything - no pressure - and I said I would like to speak with someone who could tell me about the F150 Lightnings. He's a total straight shooter, no BS, and actually treats you like a human being instead of a transaction. I just got my second Mach-e from Star Ford! I had an amazing time with Sasha (Alexander Kakuev) who walked me through my options of a new lease and buying a new car. I loved the Mach-e but I had a Select which is the base model and I wanted more options on my next one.
