Brought my car here after a terrible experience with the Ford in Downtown Los Angeles. Martin has been an amazing rep. While I already had a rental reservation, Star offers rental discounts and transportation to your rentals. My ride arrived just as I signed the paperwork. Perfect timing. The communication and transaction were super smooth and the cost was beyond reasonable for a dealership as I had several issues resolved. The dealership ultimately resolved my issue and properly diagnosed and fixed the rattling noise. The necessary parts were replaced and the problem is fully resolved. I appreciate the team making sure it was handled correctly.

This place is very nice and basically treat you with kid gloves. I was greeted with a smile by Sarah Reinschmi. I had a slow leak on my rear tire, and told me to go into the office to wait till she delivered my car to the mechanic. After a short while she came back and showed me my tire had a big screw in it. It also turned out my tires were cracking and needed replacement (I kind of expected that).
