This dealership went above and beyond what was required. My husband and I wanted to buy a 2013 Avalon. We were heading to Florida for the winter, and the new Avalons had just come out. The dealership searched for a car from another dealership so that we could get the car before we left. They were wonderful, and got us the car we wanted in record time. We would highly recommend this dealership.

On November 14, 2011, I had a 30,000 mile service and NYS on the 2009 Camry that I bought there last Nov. Two days later, I had another driver pull up next to me and tell me that my passanger side brake light was out. Our new Highlander is the third vehicle we have purchased from Glens Falls Toyota. (Our second vehicle from Bill Dockum) Bill Dockum was able to secure for us the vehicle we wanted within 48 hours. Purchased a 6 month old Trak car Rav4 after wtrecking my 2008 which was serviced here. The 2012 Trak car was detailed perfectly, no cigarette traces. I had some additional work done by service before delivery, as a former Toyota service manager I am fussy to say the least, went back over everything that was done and found no faults. All the parties in the loop during this process were a-one in keeping their promises and professional in every manner.
